1. This page is a notice, not consent
CoverageFlow, LLC does not send automated marketing calls or texts from the current preview, and its Finish preview button does not submit a lead or grant marketing permission. Entering a phone number, accepting terms, opening a link, or allowing a prefilled step to be skipped is not an electronic signature or permission for automated outreach.
This notice explains the principles and choices for communications. It is not a blanket authorization for unnamed sellers and cannot substitute for a clear consent request on a live submission screen.
2. A live marketing choice must be separate and specific
If a live communications program is offered, the screen requesting permission must identify the business or businesses authorized to contact you, the telephone number, the insurance-related purpose, and the channels and applicable technology—including an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice where used. The affirmative action and disclosure must be presented clearly before consent is recorded.
Where prior express written consent is required, consent must be evidenced by an appropriate written agreement and signature, including a legally valid electronic signature. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. A telephone number supplied by another party, a preselected box, or a URL parameter cannot supply that signature.
A future insurance partner may be an independent seller with its own obligations. The actual recipient and caller disclosures at the time of the request control the scope of permission. No company is authorized to contact you merely because it appears in an unrelated directory or becomes a partner later.
3. Text-message program terms
There is no active CoverageFlow recurring text program in this preview. If one is launched, its enrollment screen must identify the program, expected or variable message frequency, applicable contact methods, and how to obtain help and stop messages. Message and data charges may apply under your carrier plan. Delivery depends on networks and compatible devices and is not guaranteed.
Do not provide a number you are not authorized to use. Tell a sender if the number has been reassigned or you no longer control it. A request to stop applies to the number or address identified, without requiring purchase or an account.
4. Withdrawing consent or requesting no further contact
For a text program, reply STOP or otherwise clearly tell the sender to stop. For a call, tell the caller not to call again, use the offered opt-out, or contact the business through a reasonable channel. You do not have to use one exclusive phrase or method. For CoverageFlow, use the contact details below and identify the affected phone number or email address. You do not need to provide a government ID to request that marketing stop.
We treat a clear request to stop all CoverageFlow marketing calls and texts as applying to both channels. Applicable requests are honored promptly and no later than the legal deadline; for covered TCPA revocations, the outside limit is 10 business days. A permitted, non-promotional confirmation may be sent. We do not use a confirmation to sell another product or require you to reaffirm an opt-out.
If another company contacted you, send the restriction to that sender as well so it can act on its own records. You may also tell us about a communication represented as a CoverageFlow referral so we can investigate. Do not forward medical documents or unrelated personal information with a complaint.

5. Email preferences
A live commercial email must provide an unsubscribe method and accurately identify its sender. You can use that method or ask the sender to stop marketing emails. CoverageFlow marketing-email opt-outs are processed promptly, no later than 10 business days after receipt, and without a fee. A service reply to a request you initiated may still be necessary; it must not be used to disguise marketing.
Keeping a minimal suppression record helps prevent re-enrollment by mistake. We do not use an unsubscribe address to build a new marketing list or charge you to opt out.
6. Contact permissions and privacy permissions differ
An authorization to receive a call does not automatically authorize sale of consumer health data, targeted advertising, or unrestricted disclosure. A browser privacy choice also does not identify a telephone number for a do-not-call list. See Your Privacy Choices and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
For a future Medicare referral involving organizations subject to CMS third-party marketing rules, required permission to share beneficiary data must identify each recipient and allow a separate accept-or-reject choice for each applicable organization. That permission is distinct from relying on a generic TCPA clause.
7. Service limits and complaints
Communications permission does not purchase or enroll you in insurance. CoverageFlow is not an emergency, medical advice, or claims-reporting service. Contact the relevant provider for urgent coverage or policy questions.
You may report unwanted communications through the FCC consumer complaint portal or learn about the National Do Not Call Registry. These resources do not limit other rights or remedies.
