Who is responsible
CoverageFlow, LLC operates this website. This notice applies to information processed when you open or interact with a CoverageFlow journey. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
Current service: CoverageFlow is a guided website preview. Completing a funnel does not submit a lead, request a quote, purchase a policy, enroll you in coverage, or authorize marketing. Answers typed into the preview are processed in your browser and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. Values supplied in a link are different: the URL is sent when the page is requested and may appear in browser history, hosting or security logs, and the records of whoever supplied the link.

Sale, sharing, and sensitive information
The current preview does not sell funnel answers, disclose them to lead buyers, or use advertising pixels to share them for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting/security processing and correspondence are described in the Privacy Policy. Health-related answers can be sensitive information; they are used only to provide the selected preview, not to infer a medical diagnosis or decide eligibility.
A live partner-referral service requires an updated collection notice and the applicable permissions before any actual lead transfer. Simply opening this page or clicking Continue is not marketing consent or a consumer-health sale authorization.
Retention
- Typed preview answers: kept in page memory for the current journey; restart, reload, or closing the page clears that in-memory copy. Reloading a prefilled URL can populate it again.
- URLs and hosting/security records: retention depends on browser history and the hosting/security service’s operational settings and requirements. We use these records for site delivery, troubleshooting, security, and legitimate legal needs, not as a substitute lead database. Contact us about information associated with a particular visit.
- Browser preferences: the privacy restriction cookie expires one year after it is set unless you remove it sooner. Global Privacy Control applies whenever it is detected. The design preference normally ends with the browser’s page session.
- Correspondence and rights-request records: retained as needed to resolve the issue, document the response, meet applicable recordkeeping duties, and address disputes. Limited suppression records may need to remain so an opt-out is not accidentally reversed. A deletion request does not require deleting a record we must keep to honor it.
- Future submitted leads: a live collection notice must explain the retention period or criteria for that service before it begins. This preview does not create a submitted-lead record.
Your choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information · Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information. Browser choices do not require an account or identification. Global Privacy Control is recognized when exposed by your browser.
